Over at Townhall.com (which is definitely not a right-wing propaganda machine), Elisabeth Meinecke called the Huffington Post “the left’s cocaine.” I guess that would make Arianna the dope dealer, in which case I suggest she pursue some hires that share her tenacity for moving weight. Meinecke writes:
If Joe Stalin and Joseph Goebbels had a love child, it might be called The Huffington Post… The site is laughably predictable. A few conservatives post there, but mainly HuffPo is filled with hundreds of thousands of articles and blog posts devoted to making conservatives appear a) evil, b) crazy, c) bigoted, d) stupid, and e) some combination of those four.
Is this the pot calling the kettle black? Or is Townhall really just the right’s novocaine, lulling its readership into dreamy delusion with familiar prejudice and comfortable conclusions?
