As she told Natalie Morales of NBC News:
We have been very transparent to what’s legally required of us. There’s going to be no more tax releases given.
Very transparent? He hasn’t yet released a single full tax return. And why continue the claim that releasing Mitt’s returns would give Obama “more ammunition” if there’s nothing to hide? If Mitt participated in the IRS’s 2009 tax amnesty program, as he definitely could have, then in fact Romney was doing something illegal. To top it off, she added this when asked about her blind trust:
It’s been managed by a blind trust since before Mitt was governor, you know, 2002 forward. And so, you know, I’ll be curious to see what’s in there too.
Didn’t you think it was rich hearing Mrs. Romney crying about that her husband is being attacked personally when her husband and his Bain money had just finished carpet bombing all other potential GOP presidential candidates with personal attacks….too funny!
