This is definitely the week’s money quote. When asked about his bizarre and confused appearance at the Republican National Convention, Clint Eastwood responded:
People loved it or hated it, and that’s fine. I figure if somebody’s dumb enough to ask me to go to a political convention and say something, they’re gonna have to take what they get.
And who, might I ask, thought it’d be okay for him to speak off-the-cuff to an empty chair? Romney’s bid for the presidency continues to (at least entertainingly) spiral downward…
